Heart Shaped S’more Cookies – a super easy, 3-ingredient Valentine’s treat that takes less than 10 minutes!

Valentine’s Day is almost here. If you need a simple dessert for family, a classroom treat, or a small gift for friends, these heart-shaped s’more cookies are perfect. They require just three ingredients and only minutes to assemble. Pick up graham crackers, chocolate bars, and heart-shaped marshmallows, and you’ll have a cute, delicious treat in under 10 minutes.
I’ve made these for years because they’re fast and always a hit. For a playful kid-friendly twist, try topping them with heart sprinkles while the chocolate is still melted. The sprinkles stick nicely once the chocolate sets. Below are a few photos showing different variations and presentation ideas.

Ingredients
- Heart Shaped Marshmallows
- Graham Crackers
- Chocolate Bars
- Heart Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to 500°F and line a baking tray with foil.
- Break graham cracker sheets into squares and arrange them on the tray about an inch apart.
- Top each graham square with a piece of chocolate and a heart marshmallow.
- Broil for about 60 to 90 seconds, watching closely so the marshmallows lightly toast without burning.
- Remove from oven and, if desired, sprinkle heart sprinkles on the melted chocolate before it sets. Let cool, then use a spatula to transfer to a serving plate.
Notes
- Classic milk chocolate bars work well for this recipe.
- For immediate serving, place another graham cracker on top to make a traditional s’more after showing them off. If you prepare them ahead, allow chocolate to firm up so you can serve them open-faced with the heart exposed.
- To make them a day ahead, cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
- Once set, these store nicely in individual clear bags tied with ribbon for gifting.
I also made a pink version in 2014 topped with heart sprinkles. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still melted so they adhere when it sets. I bagged those individually and my daughter shared them at preschool. Different brands of heart marshmallows may vary in height; choose what you prefer for presentation—both taller and shorter marshmallows work fine.
