Happy Friday! Saint Patrick’s Day is coming up next week and many local spots are already hosting specials and events. If green beer isn’t your style, try a refined alternative: the Lucky Ginger Martini.

This martini was created by my resident mixologist, the Godfather, to pair with a ginger-forward pork dish and it impressed us so much we had to share it. Featuring Irish whiskey, it’s festive for Saint Patrick’s Day, while the ginger simple syrup brings a bright, spicy-sweet balance to the drink.

If you’re celebrating this weekend, enjoy responsibly. Cheers and Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!
