If you’ve followed this site for a while, you know we sometimes use a full meal plan instead of a simple weekly plan to make the most of the recipes already on the blog. For this week we’re following Full Plan Vol 12, which is built for portion-controlled nutrition and offers lots of satisfying options to carry you through variable spring weather.

This volume includes many favorites for dinner: Mexican Lasagna (a reader favorite), Homemade Hamburger Helper (a healthier comfort food option), and Shrimp Risotto (bright and seasonal). If you made the Copycat Reese’s PB Cups for Easter, you might even find a few extras in the freezer to enjoy as snacks this week.

Note: the plan also features Chicken Pot Pie, which recently appeared on a weekly plan. If you already made the Pot Pie, you can swap in Chicken Pot Pie Soup — the ingredients and cozy flavor are very similar and it’s a great alternative.
